You can receive your order at the chosen address, we will send you: an email to confirm the shipment (once the order has been sent from the warehouse), and another message with the order tracking code (with link to the courier website).

Shipping by Express Courier: you will receive your parcel in 24/48 hours and for orders over € 100 it is free. Choosing the shipment with Corriere Espresso (Express Courier) you will receive: a notice of delivery by e-mail, a notification for stock and complete tracking always available online.

All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT. The free shipping, for orders over € 100 (including VAT), is understood as excluding the costs of the Cash on Delivery (€ 2.50). With the Cash on Delivery the only method of shipping allowed is with Corriere Espresso (Express Courier). Cash on Delivery is not available for Country outside Italy

Vaper Style guarantees that the Products marketed are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months from delivery, subject to the limitations set forth in art. 21 ("Exclusions and limitations of the guarantee"). Vaper Style is also responsible, up to two (2) years from the delivery of the Products, to Consumers Customers, pursuant to art. 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree 206/2005

The shipping costs of sending by the Customer to Vaper Style for assistance will be anticipated by the Customer, and subsequently refunded by Vaper Style in case of confirmation of the presence of conformity defects complained of by the Customers. Vaper Style will not recognize the aforementioned guarantee, for health and hygiene reasons, on all products in the catalog, single or compound, equipped with a rechargeable tank and resistances if they are filled with inhalation liquid.

Vaper Style will recognize to the customer the warranty on lithium batteries in the catalog only if the customer will report, through the appropriate form on the site, any defect found within 24 hours after receipt of the product.
